Quick answer
What personal data does TransferOffshore collect?
As of 19 October 2026, TransferOffshore collects one email per domain, your account number, your list of domains and your balance. It asks for no name, no ID document, no phone number and no postal address, and it uses no tracking cookies. Data goes out only when Panamanian law requires it (a Panamanian court or prosecutor's order), or in a UDRP case.
Who is responsible for your data?
DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama, which operates TransferOffshore. Domains are registered through our ICANN-accredited registrar partner, shown in the RDAP record, which keeps its own legal duties. Contact: [email protected].
What do we collect?
- One email per domain. It is required, and it is the only contact detail we collect. ICANN rules require it to be verified within 15 days. It is used to verify the domain, to send transfer codes and to reach you about the domain. It is never published in WHOIS or RDAP.
- Your account number, which identifies your account.
- Your domains: names, expiry dates, settings such as nameservers, DNS records, auto-renew and lock, and their history.
- Your balance and payments: top-ups, amounts, coins, networks and transaction IDs, and what was paid from the balance.
- Messages you send to support or to the abuse desk.
You may use the same email for several domains.
What do we not collect?
No name, no ID document, no selfie, no ID number, no phone number and no postal address. We do not take card or bank details: payment is in crypto only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Transfer codes you type in the transfer form stay in your browser tab while you check out. They are not saved in your browser's long-term storage.
Why do we use this data?
To provide the service: to transfer, register, renew and manage your domains; to verify each domain email, as ICANN requires; to match and credit your payments; to answer support requests; and to handle abuse reports under the abuse policy. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else receives data?
- Our ICANN-accredited registrar partner, shown in the RDAP record, holds the registration data of each domain under its own rules. For a domain in your name, that record is built from your verified email.
- Registries. What they receive depends on the extension: the .com and .net registries are thin and receive no contact data; others, such as .org or .io, keep the registrant record under their own law. With Domain protection, they receive only the details of DomaineGoat LLC.
- UDRP dispute providers, in a trademark dispute, receive the registrant record on file.
- Courts and authorities: DomaineGoat LLC releases the data it holds only when Panamanian law requires it (a Panamanian court or prosecutor's order), or in a UDRP case. See the disclosure policy.
Payments are made on public blockchains. Transactions on them are visible to anyone, outside our control.
How long is data kept?
We keep domain data for as long as the domain is with us and as ICANN rules require. Account and balance data are kept while the account exists. Support and abuse messages are kept as long as needed to handle the case and any follow-up.
What are your choices?
You can change the email of a domain, its settings and its nameservers in My domains. You can transfer a domain out at any time with a free code. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask for a correction, write to [email protected] from the email of the domain concerned.
