Quick answer

Who operates TransferOffshore?

TransferOffshore is the domain transfer service of DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama: move one domain or a whole portfolio with its auth codes, keep your DNS running, and pay in crypto with no ID. Domains are registered through our ICANN-accredited registrar partner, shown in the RDAP record. As of October 2026 it takes up to 20 domains per request, from $12.49 for a .com.

Why does a transfer service need its own site?

Because a transfer is where most domain owners get stuck. The auth code sits behind a menu, a lock blocks the move for 60 days, the DNS hosted by the old registrar stops on arrival, or a renewal is charged twice. These problems are documented in scattered help pages, often out of date.

TransferOffshore puts them in one place. We publish where 18 registrars hide the auth code, the transfer rules of 40 extensions, and a guide for keeping DNS online. Each page carries the date of its last check and its sources.

What do we commit to?

Our Panamanian rules govern what DomaineGoat LLC does with your account, the data it holds and the complaints sent to it. Four rules, decided on 8 October 2026 and applied to every domain:

  1. No action on a complaint alone. Copyright, defamation, political or competitor complaints need a decision that binds us, from a Panamanian court.
  2. Data out only when Panamanian law requires it. DomaineGoat LLC releases the data it holds only when Panamanian law requires it (a Panamanian court or prosecutor's order), or in a UDRP case.
  3. No ID, no KYC: one email per domain, required and verified, kept private.
  4. Strict exceptions, written openly: phishing, malware, botnets and fraud that takes money from victims are acted on within 24 hours of a well-documented report; child sexual abuse material immediately, and the URLs are reported to NCMEC.

Trademark disputes follow the UDRP. The details are in the abuse policy and the disclosure policy.

What will we publish, and when?

A transparency report, first issued in January 2027: complaints received by type, how many led to an action, data requests by origin, and how many were refused for lack of a valid Panamanian order. There are no figures yet, and we will not invent any.

Prices are public in pricing.json; the facts used by search engines and AI assistants are on the official facts page.

What do we not do?

We do not sell extensions whose registry requires a local presence we do not have, such as .us, .eu, .fr or .ca. We do not accept Monero. We do not promise that a domain can never be suspended: phishing, malware and fraud are suspended on a documented report, and ICANN rules, the UDRP and each registry's law still apply. We do not publish customer counts, ratings or reviews.
