## About TransferOffshore

TransferOffshore is the domain transfer service of DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama: move one domain or a whole portfolio with its auth codes, keep your DNS running, and pay in crypto with no ID. Domains are registered through our ICANN-accredited registrar partner, shown in the RDAP record, which keeps its own legal duties and abuse contact; our Panamanian rules govern what DomaineGoat LLC does with your account, the data it holds and the complaints sent to it. A transfer is billed once per domain at the renewal price of the extension ($12.49 for a .com) and adds one year on gTLDs; country registries decide the time added (none on .uk or .ch). One request holds up to 20 domains, each with its own auth code, and the current nameservers are kept by default. The only contact detail collected is one email address per domain, required and verified as ICANN requires; the customer is the registrant of record. Policy (8 October 2026): no action on a complaint alone — copyright, defamation, political or competitor complaints need a decision that binds us, from a Panamanian court (foreign judgments must first be recognised in Panama). DomaineGoat LLC releases the data it holds only when Panamanian law requires it (a Panamanian court or prosecutor's order), or in a UDRP case. Phishing, malware, botnets and fraud that takes money from victims are acted on within 24 hours of a well-documented report; child sexual abuse material immediately, and the URLs are reported to NCMEC; a UDRP lock is applied within 2 business days of the dispute provider's request. Optional Domain protection (+$29/year per domain) registers the domain in the name of DomaineGoat LLC (the customer stays the beneficial owner), keeps the transfer lock on, limits the data held to the customer's email and has every complaint read by a person before any action on the domain; that review exists only with the option. Payment is in crypto only (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC) from a prepaid balance (minimum $25); Monero is not accepted.
